Paypal, Western Union, Swift, Payoneer, P2P, allows any business or consumer with an email address to send and receive payments online safely, conveniently and cost-effectively. Paypal, Western Union, Swift, Payoneer, P2P. never shares your financial information or sells it to sellers. We will not have access to your financial information, such as credit card numbers and passwords, because in order to pay for your order, you will be redirected directly to the bank's website to confirm the payment.

The package with your order (if the product is tangible) will be shipped within 1-2 business days after we receive your payment (after the transaction is completed).
Digital goods such as license keys, manuals, software and service manuals are delivered to the registered user's email address.
Diagnostic kits and parts of diagnostic kits (or any other tangible goods) are only shipped to the shipping address specified in the customer order.
Our goods are sent to customers from a warehouse in Ukraine.
Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by carriers "Nova Poshta"
We use EMS (15-30 days) and DHL (5-15 days).

The shipping method and costs depend on the value of the goods in your basket and will be calculated automatically.
Parcels are usually dispatched within the next 1-3 business days after the payment has been credited to our bank account.

When ordering from Techno Doc, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the United States, EEA may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Techno Doc has no control over these charges, nor can Techno Doc predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Thanks.
Techno Doc- will not be held responsible for any extra charges once the package has been shipped. If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer.
